What We Do
For over 20 years, Advanced Metals Machining (AMM) has consistently exceeded the most demanding customer specifications for machining and processing complex components and assemblies. Our clients include top-tier aerospace and satellite suppliers across North America.
Our facility is equipped with the most current, high-precision machines for multi-axis milling, turning, temperature treatment, climate control, and air handling. We employ lights-out automation to maximize throughput and maintain quality around the clock. Our professional staff monitors every step from first prototype through final assembly, adhering strictly to ISO, AS, ITAR, and OSHA standards.
AMM’s expanded capabilities now include the fabrication of circuit card assemblies, heatsink-to-PCB bonding utilizing a variety of material combinations, customized adhesive preforms, and heatsink fabrication complete with plating, silk screen marking, and hardware assembly. Our unique fabrication processes support tight tolerances while minimizing hard tooling, enabling rapid, cost-effective design modifications.
